3 No Fuss Hairstyle Options for this Spring & Summer Seasons

With being a woman on the go, who wants to always remain chic and stylish, I’m always keeping in mind my appearance.  This includes my hair, beauty routine, and choice of clothing for the day.  Now don’t get me wrong, there are some days when I want to just throw on a pair of leggings and sneakers, tie my hair up, and make sure my brows are groomed (because we all know that’s a REQUIREMENT). But most days, I like to look put together.

When it comes to hair, I believe that is an important part of one’s appearance, but often times, we as women do not have the time or patience to create an elaborate style, especially if we are on the go!  Now that the warmer seasons are upon us, the weather is starting to change in many parts of the world.  I don’t know about you, but I want to spend less time in the mirror fussing over my hair and more time outside enjoying the beautiful weather (but still looking great!)

So if you can relate to anything I just ranted about, check out 3 no-fuss hairstyles that you can try this spring and summer seasons!

Travel Friendly Makeup and Tips

One of my resolutions for 2018 was to travel more frequently, no matter how long or short the trip would be.  As I am currently writing this, I am in Sacramento at a conference.  Although this is a professional conference, I thought I’d take a break from the work to relax a bit and give you a couple of tips and my picks on the makeup that should be in your traveling bag.

Now, I have to confess.  I used to be that girl that would overpack and try to bring my whole makeup collection (not really) but you get what I mean.  I was pretty excessive!  This behavior was suddenly corrected once I went on a trip and my luggage was stolen and all of my makeup was thrown away! It’s a crazy story I’ll have to tell you sometime. Talk about a lesson learned!

Anyway, after having to repurchase so many replacements, I learned its best to travel extremely light, when it comes to your makeup so that you can 1) save space, and 2) cut down on the time it may take you to get ready before going out, which also creates more time to enjoy your trip! So let’s get into it!

To start off, make sure you have a great makeup bag/case. This is essential to keep everything organized and to ensure if you have any products such as foundations, etc from spilling onto the other items in your luggage! Next, read on for a  list of the makeup items you will need, for an everyday face, night out, and other activities.
